Each bar at Taste must meet a certain standard of quality ingredients before it can even be considered. We've taken the time to taste each of the bars in our store. Then we taste, sometimes one taste leads to another, and another. As I began to work on this article about taste, the first thing I did was open a bottle of wine, then reach for some chocolate. Both of these are tastes I appreciate especially if I am mindful when I sip and allow my senses to take in the beauty of the glass with clear red liquid and savor the tastes.
