Including venue fees, per person per night lodging fees, and food, if we have 10 - 20 participants for all three nights, the total cost will be ~ $2500 - 4900. The suggested contribution to ensure we cover costs is $225 for camping, $425 for indoor lodging, and $125 for Sahale residents. Pay more or less as you are able. We will review the finances during the event, and if we are short we will have to figure out collectively how to cover that.
