Personal Retreats
The Sahale Learning Center, located near Belfair, WA, is now available for off-season personal retreats. Looking for a place to relax, get some work done in a quiet setting, meditate, or connect with nature? We are available, whether it's just for a night, or as long as a few weeks.
Facilities
During the off-season, guests have shared access to the kitchen in Potlatch. Food service is not provided, but you'll have everything you need to cook your own meals.
The Kloshe Living Room, Sunroom, and the Mamook Living Room are also available to all guests. And of course you'll have free rein of the land!
The Land
Sahale’s 50 acres is home to many gifts; beautiful landscaping, a quiet forest, apple trees and a walnut grove, a cornucopia of native plants, a large meadow, and a magical sacred grove of ancient cedars.
We share this land with deer, beaver, fox, mink, river otter and many species of birds.
The ever-changing Tahuya River refreshes us, and hosts spawning salmon in the Fall. A bubbling spring quenches our thirst and a quiet pond stills us. Held close by hills and forest, we enjoy the open vista over our valley.
